We offer a 60 day, “no questions asked” money-back guarantee on all DermSilk products. If you do not love your new skincare item, you can return the unused portion to us within 60 days for your choice of either a full refund or store credit, both with no penalties or restrictions. Or for returns between 60 and 90 days, we offer a full refund via store credit.

All return shipping is paid for with a provided prepaid shipping label.

Original shipping is not refundable.


We are confident that you will love your new DermSilk beauty products, which is why we offer a full money-back guarantee on all orders. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion to us within 60 days of your order date for a full refund or store credit. You may also return your items between 60 to 90 days of the original order date for a store credit.


Some companies ask you for a lot of reasoning for your return, and then decided based on your answers whether or not your order would qualify for a refund. Here at DermSilk, however, we employ a “No Questions Asked” return policy. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return the unused portion to us and receive a full refund. While we do love specific feedback about products (after all, this helps us improve our product offering) we will never require you to provide this to us as a condition of a return.


If you find that an item you purchased from DermSilk is defective, even after the 60–90 day return policy, please reach out to our customer care team for help replacing the item. Replacement eligibility may vary among our carried brands, but we will work with you on an individual basis to find you the ideal replacement item for your personal skincare needs.
